BMI View: We are forecasting real GDP growth of 3.2% in 2009, followed by 2.4% in 2010, for Sudan. Although the oil economy will see a final year of expansion in 2009, from 2010 onwards it is set to contract, and this will be a key factor weighing on the nation's long-term growth trajectory.
