BMI View: We have revised upward our forecasts for real GDP growth in Kenya. Now, we expect growth to come in at 3.3% in 2009 and 4.3% in 2010, while our previous forecasts stood at 2.5% and 3.9% respectively. The upward revision is based on a range of encouraging signals - most notably upticks in credit growth, money supply growth and foreign exchange reserve levels.
