BMI View: Inflation has slowed considerably in the last several months, continuing a downward trend that has persisted throughout 2010. September 2010 headline inflation was 0.3% y-o-y, the lowest level since 2002, when the country experienced persistent deflation. We believe inflation will pick up again in 2011, due in part to the onset of oil production.
