BMI View: The Angolan authorities have received a multitude of bilateral loans of late. We are forecasting that Angola's total stock of external debt will rise to US$11.7bn (16.8% of GDP) in 2009, from an estimated US$9.7bn (10.4% of GDP) in 2008.
