The Kenyan government has achieved a milestone in providing quality healthcare services to its residents, according to public health and sanitation ministry official Mark Bor. The government invested more than KES4bn (US$44.2mn) in the construction of healthcare centres in each constituency, and plans to spend an additional KES16.3mn (US$0.18mn) to equip the centres, Bor added.
