Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai warned that his Movement for Democratic Change (MDC-T) will boycott elections if President Robert Mugabe's Zanu-PF party forces the country back to the polls in 2011. Tsvangirai added that elections should only be held once necessary electoral and political reforms have taken place claiming that Zanu-PF is not capable of winning an election in a fair and free political environment.
