Kabila To Win Potentially Tumultuous Election

BMI View: Although a multitude of opposition leaders have rallied around veteran politician Etienne Tshisekedi as their presidential candidate to face incumbent Joseph Kabila, we believe that Kabila's opponents are still too fragmented to emerge victorious. We believe the elections will go ahead as scheduled on November 28, however there are increasing risks to this timetable.
