BMI View: An agreement reached at the latest Southern African Development Community (SADC) summit bodes well for elections to be held in crisis ridden Madagascar in the next 18 months. However, we note that a lack of regard for the agreement among incumbent president Andry Rajoelina's supporters threatens to derail the process.
