BMI View: The resignation of Madagascar's Prime Minister Albert Camille Vital and his cabinet, in line with the peace agreement brokered by the Southern African Development Community, gives the clearest indication yet that authorities are aiming to bring stability to the crisis ridden country. However, we note that the process remains tentative and prone to risks.
