The International Criminal Court (ICC) has announced that will only investigate between two and six people who it deems are the most responsible for atrocities during the post-electoral violence, but the court refuses to name any of them as of yet. The ICC has also revealed that it will only investigate crimes dating back to the beginning of the last election in October 2010, and not the decade since the failed 2002 rebellion against Gbagbo.
