Approximately 700 Jordanians took part in an anti-government rally in Amman on March 24, demanding that the government introduce more laws to tackle the problem of corruption and reform the country's electoral system. The demonstration was led by the Islamic Action Front (IAF), the Jordanian wing of the Muslim Brotherhood movement. The protests were considerably smaller than those seen last year, when thousands of people rallied in favour of reform.
