July 2012 | Risk SummaryMozambique became the 20th state to sign the Djibouti Code of Conduct when it signed up to the anti-piracy agreement on July 6. The code, which was set up by the International Maritime Organisation in 2009, aims to build regional capacity to fight against piracy in the Gulf of Aden and the western Indian Ocean.
