Libya - Risk SummaryAugust 2012 | Risk Summary
Libya has seen a renewed wave of violent episodes in recent weeks, as the country marks its first anniversary since the fall of the Qadhafi regime. Car bombs exploded on August 19 outside the Interior Ministry and security buildings in Libya's capital, Tripoli, killing two people and prompting the arrest of 32 suspected Qadhafi loyalists.
