Israeli Bombardment: Economic Implications

BMI View: The potential economic fallout from the Israeli bombardment of Lebanon can be divided into two categories: financial markets and tourism. In both cases, the attacks come at the worst possible time. We have revised down our 2006 growth forecast from 3.7% to 1.0%.
