Polisario Releases Remaining Moroccan Prisoners

After the disappointing cancellation of the Arab Maghreb Union summit in May due to tensions between Morocco and Algeria, there is finally some good news regarding the Western Sahara. On August 18 the Polisario Front released the remaining 404 Moroccan prisoners of war it was holding captive in the Tindouf refugee camps in the Algerian Sahara following US mediation.
