Yet another landmark in Libya's ongoing international rehabilitation was marked by the resumption of cover by US Eximbank on March 23, which extends export credit guarantees for US exporters selling goods and services to Libyan public sector organisations. The move, signalled by US President George Bush in late February, will give a further boost to trade relations between the two erstwhile foes.
