We estimate the economy grew by 4% in 2005, which was an improvement on the 2004 rate of 2.65% but below the 1999-2003 average of 5%. We anticipate growth of 4% in 2006 and 5% in 2007, with political uncertainty ahead of the 2006 presidential elections posing a key risk to business confidence.
