The very minor reshuffle which resulted from the public outcry over the August train crash disaster will add yet more fuel to the discontent already widespread amongst Egyptians. As is now typical, it was the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) which expressed this discontent most vocally, with Mohammad Habib, the deputy supreme guide of the banned group, stating that the reshuffle was 'not worth the ink with which it was written', and declaring that what was needed was 'the overhaul of policies and performance'. Although officially banned, the group is now behaving increasingly like a real opposition party - tapping into sources
