Mwanawasa Win Assures Policy Continuity

The track-record of efficacious policy and concomitant improved health of the economy, widely acknowledged by international institutions, augurs well for Zambia's developmental journey. That said, there is little room for complacency, and for the positive momentum to be maintained many deep structural issues need to be tackled.
