CPI inflation should ease to 2.5% y-o-y next year on the as oil prices ease - we forecast the OPEC basket average will fall to US$54.5/bbl from US$60.9/bbl in 2006. Average inflation came in at 3.3% y-o-y in 2006, up from 0.96% y-o-y in 2005.
