Political risks to economic policy remain limited and fears related to the upcoming elections in September, when the opposition Islamist Justice and Development Party is expected to make a strong showing, are overblown. Ultimately, any government will need to form a coalition due to the country's proportional representation electoral system and the King will have final say on the country's future direction.
