We are standing by our forecasts for Jordanian growth, with 5.8% expansion projected for 2006 slowing to 4.2% this year, in spite of the government's target rate of 6.0%. Thereafter, we see the rate falling to an average of 4.0% for the remainder of the forecast period, on the back of lower liquidity in the region generally and a resulting slowdown in investment and government revenues.
