Resilience of the House of Saud in the face of regional turmoil that has seen governments and regimes come and go is testament to its strength and stability, and is reflected in its high short term political rating of 72.1. The country's weakest score is within the unemployment sub-component which remains a risk to social stability, particularly with the ongoing terrorism threat hanging over the country.
