Production Targets Challenged By Technical Issues

Angola's Oil Minister Desidério da Graça Veríssimo e Costa has acknowledged that the country's ambition to produce 2mn barrels of oil per day (b/d) by next year will be challenged by technical issues that the country is currently experiencing.
