October 2007 | Ratings UpdateA recent survey conducted by the Jordan Centre for Social Research (JCSR) has revealed that 64.8% of the population believe the country is moving in the right direction, despite concerns over rising inflation, unemployment and poverty. More significantly, the results represent a 6.4% pps increase from the organisation's March poll, when 58.4% of respondents were positive about the Kingdom's progress.
