BMI View: We continue to see Sudan's economy on a solid growth path registering real GDP growth of 10.7% in 2008. This is thanks largely to its oil sector which should generate strong receipts in 2008 on the back of elevated oil prices. That said, divestment from the sector presents downside risk to earnings.
