Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal has called for Israel to respond positively to attempts by Arab nations in the Middle East to foster relations with the country and help bring peace to the region. Al-Faisal said that Arab participation in last November's conference in Annapolis should help launch a new era of talks, and that if Israel did not respond it would force Arab nations to 'review their position'. Saudi Arabia scores an average six out of ten in the regional profile category of our ratings and any progress in talks with Israel could lead to upward revisions
