Angola is seeking to strengthen bilateral ties with Asian countries. In early April, Head of State Jose Eduardo dos Santos, met the Vietnamese leader Nong Duc Manh in Luanda to discuss the formation of closer ties between the two countries, according to state-run news agency ANGOP. This came hot on the heels of an agreement signed with North Korea in March
