Gaza: A Fragile Peace For Now

The Israeli-Hamas peace deal should bring a fragile peace to the territory, at least in the short term. The deal strengthens Hamas politically, but we do not rule out the possibility of a future large-scale Israeli offensive to remove the group from power.
