BMI View: We believe real GDP growth will come in at 17.0% in 2008, driven by the twin engines of oil exports and infrastructure. Thereafter, economic expansion will slow to 13.4% in 2009 as the price of oil moderates to a forecast average US$106.50/bbl for the OPEC basket.
