Despite record high oil prices, we see a slowdown in real GDP growth to 4.2% in 2008 from 5.6% in 2007, with a further decline to 3.9% projected for 2009. With oil making up 40% of GDP and real output declining, the country's non-oil sector will struggle to make up the loss.
