Stability Only Skin Deep

Yesterday's bus bombing in Tripoli is a reminder that the 'stability' supposedly ensuing from the establishment of the government is only skin deep, and could deteriorate substantially in the run-up to the April elections. At least 13 people died in the attack, including nine soldiers in the Lebanese army, while some 40 others were injured.
