Kwanza Revaluation Threat To Recede

BMI View: The surge in inflation and money supply growth over May-July increases the odds of a revaluation of the Angolan kwanza at first glance. However, the medium-term trend for moderating oil prices and a strengthening US dollar augurs for maintenance of the current exchange rate level, in our view.
