September 2008 | Ratings UpdateChina International Trust and Investment Corporation has broken ground for a housing project outside Angola's capital, Luanda. The project will reportedly cost an estimated US$3.5bn, and will be located in the suburb of Kilamba Kiaxi, with a population of 200,000. It will comprise 20,000 apartments, 246 commercial units, 24 kindergartens and 17 schools.
