Saudi Arabia has announced it is to try 991 people on charges of terrorism related to 30 attacks which, according to Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, killed 90 Saudi and foreign civilians, and 74 members of the Saudi security forces since 2003.
