Inflation increased to 29.4% y-o-y in September, up from 27.6% the previous month. While we expect it fall to 22.0% y-o-y by the end of the Iranian year (in March 2009), President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's replacement of Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Governor Tahmasb Mazaheri in late September places upside risks on our forecast.
