Piracy Problem Too Much For UN In Short Term

The upsurge in piracy in the Gulf of Aden, between Somalia and Yemen, has led the United Nations to call for a UN force to combat the belligerents, although we expect that responsibility for security will rest with actors such as NATO, the EU and Russia for the time being.
