Labour Unrest Could Increase In Frequency

A recent strike at the port of Aden could presage further labour unrest in Yemen over the coming months (and possibly years) as both the global and local economies slow down. According to the Central Bank of Yemen, real GDP growth in 2007 came in at 4.7%, and we see this falling to 3.4% in 2008,
