MB Tapping Into Public Anger

The Muslim Brotherhood has today submitted a memo to the Egyptian parliament accusing the government of 'failure in facing frequent disasters occurring in Egypt, attributing this to the lack of serious planning and crisis management mechanisms'. Sentiment has turned against Cairo over recent disasters such as the Duweiqa rock slide and the sinking of the Salam-III ferry, and that the popular opposition Islamist group could tap into this anger and embarrass the government.
