Inflation To Ease But Banks Face Growing Risks

We expect money supply growth to continue to slow over the course of H208 and H109, resulting in lower inflation rates. While asset growth in the banking system is stalling, loan growth, especially to the real estate sector, remains high and is resulting in the accumulation of substantial risks, considering that a property market correction appears to have commenced.
