President Possibly To Sue Paper

Often critical of the president, the paper suggested that the security services were guilty of executing a criminal following a robbery on the farm of the president's sister. The constitutional implications could be significant, extending beyond concerns about freedom of speech, as it is possible that by suing, the president is de facto waiving his presidential immunity to be counter-sued. Also, by suing, the president risks exposing himself and the security services to even greater unwanted scrutiny over the case, of which the details still remain vague.
