In light of recent strength in the oil market and the apparent return of some risk appetite in the financial markets, we have once again raised our 2009 average price forecast for the OPEC Basket to US$52.00/bbl. As a result, we are forecasting an Algerian current account surplus of US$11.6bn, or 8.4% of GDP.
