The recent turmoil in Iran will have been received with mixed feelings in Saudi Arabia: while the royal family and government are no fans of re-elected President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and would benefit from a less provocative leader, the notion of a democratic uprising will always be uncomfortable.
