The process of drafting a new constitution is yet to commence in earnest with inter-party bickering (between major parties ZANU-PF and the two MDC factions) as well as questions over funds for the project reportedly the main stumbling blocks. The MDC faction led by Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has also alleged that rivals ZANU-PF have set up camps from which they will run an intimidation campaign in a bid to ensure people support its views on what should and should not be included in the new document.
