The crown Prince of Abu Dhabi met Korean President Lee Myung-bak at the presidential palace in the Korean capital Seoul on May 25, holding talks about the strong strategic relations between their two countries. With the UAE being the second major oil exporter to Korea as well as the second greatest importer from Korea in the Middle East, further strategic bonds between the two countries unveil more opportunities for diversification, providing the two sides with more flexibility to promote economic growth. The fields which are likely to be most affected are clean energy, technology, IT and SMEs.
