UAE

The UAE has shut 40 firms which had been associated with Iran's Revolutionary Guards or nuclear enrichment programme. In our view, the move will negatively impact trade relations between countries solidify UAE's co-operation with the UN .Firms operating in the UAE have increasing trade flows both interregionally and further eastwards which should buffer the blow of potential trade losses in implementing the latest UN Iran sanctions.
