Jordan and Italy have agreed to build new partnerships, increasing the cooperation between the two states. They have identified four sectors for the joint economic assistance, namely water desalination, energy, infrastructure and railway. According to the Italian Ambassador to Jordan Francesco Fransoni, these decisions followed bilateral talks between Italian officials and Deputy Prime Minister Rajai Muasher earlier in the year.
