Protests against police brutality are increasingly frequent, yet the government and the Interior Ministry have remained defiant. Almost a quarter of Egypt's population is aged 18-29, for which sectors like education, housing, political participation and employment need improvements. Political corruption, electoral fraud and nepotism pose major risks to the healthy performance of the government, the report fund.
