Good Prospects For The Real Estate Sector

We see Egyptian real estate and construction sector growth slowly picking up, with strong demographics and increasingly attractive business environment generating higher demand for new properties. However, we do not expect to see a return to the growth rates seen in fiscal year 2007/08 over the short-term, given the uncertain political situation, sluggish recovery in European demand and the high base set by previous years.
