Dinar: Stability Vs Dollar, Upside For KWD/EUR

BMI View: The technical picture suggests that the Kuwaiti dinar could appreciate against the US dollar, but we see no fundamental reason for such a policy shift, and have not adjusted our forecasts. We retain our preference for the US dollar (against the euro), and as such expect the dinar to appreciate against the single European unit over 2010 and 2011.
